Now in its 11th year, the world-renowned EuroIA conference brings together Internet and information professionals from across Europe and beyond. By sponsoring this year’s EuroIA event, your company can take advantage of a unique opportunity to reach a broad and highly motivated audience.

Sponsorship packages

We have a number of sponsorship opportunities – but in truth even small amounts of financial assistance and/or payment in kind are incredibly important to us.

Sponsorship opportunities EuroIA 2015 (PDF).

Bronze: €500

  • Your company name, logo and link on the EuroIA conference website.
  • Your company name and logo on opening and closing slides each day.

Silver: €1250

  • All the items included in the Bronze package plus:
  • Your company name and social media page mentioned in posts and tweets.

Gold: €2500

  • All the items included in the Silver package plus:
  • You will be plenary acknowledged as a Gold sponsor.
  • You can present vacancies on a job board during breaks.
  • Your logo will be projected with the ‘Next Talk’ announcement during breaks.
  • 1 free conference registrations.

Platinum: €5000

  • All the items included in the Gold package plus:
  • You will be plenary acknowledged as a Platinum sponsor.
  • Your logo will be printed on our big posters.
  • A room will be given your company’s name throughout the conference.
  • An exhibition stand (i.e. a table + 2 chairs) in the company presentation room (extra features such as stand displays or presentation equipment are available at an additional fee).
  • 2 free conference registrations.

  • You will get signage at the reception
  • You will be mentioned as a reception sponsor throughout the conference with your name and logo through posts and tweets on the conference’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.

1 x Speaker dinner host:­ €1500

  • You will be mentioned as a speaker dinner sponsor throughout the conference with your name and logo through posts and tweets on the conference’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.

3 x Workshop coffee breaks (AM): €1000
